Benton County WA Behavioral Health Advisory Committee
The Benton-Franklin Behavioral Health Advisory Committee was established by joint resolution of the Boards of Benton County and Franklin County Commissioners on March 1, 2022. This committee consists of 17 volunteer members, each with 3-year terms, to provide community perspective on the need and effectiveness of behavioral health services in the region.

Benton Franklin Community Action Connections (BFCAC) was organized and approved as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation in 1966, serving Benton and Franklin Counties. Our goal to provide pathways out of poverty is achieved through programs we currently have available and the continuous development of innovative projects and programs for the future. It all begins with a common vision. Behind our agency’s effort to improve the quality of life is a vision for the future of what could be. The vision is, and must continue to be, pursued by this agency with energy, patience, tenacity and determination. It is one thing to have a vision, but the most difficult thing of all is to fulfill it. Our workforce is clearly customer-driven. Our employees have strong work ethics and truly care about the families they serve.
